I keep things simple. Fax me your payroll hours and I will complete your payroll this includes all reports for Federal and State and year end W2’s and 940 Federal form.
My charge is $275.00 per quarter.
Or fax me your bank statement and I will do your monthly accounting. My charge is 300.00 – 400.00 per month.
I encourage you to call a couple of my accounts that I have had for many years and see if my services would be of benefit to your business instead of having to hire an onsite or on staff bookkeeper or accountant. I cover all my own taxes, insurance and all supplies.

Tax Preparation Prices:
Personal Form 1040 Federal - $205.00 with State Return - $245.00
Personal Form 1040 with Small Business Schedule C - $295.00
Corporate Forms 1120C or 1120S - $375.00
LLC or Partership Form 1065 - $375.00
Taxes are prepared by a Registered IRS Tax Preparer and no appointment is necessary. We will mail you a tax packet and you mail everything to us, we will call for any missing items or tax issues we might see you have. Just call or email today.
